We connected with Teresa over the phone, as we always like to personally connect with our clients to support and help them customize the best package that suits their needs. Teresa was visiting from Oklahoma, escaping the harsh winters by renting a VRBO in Arizona to host an intimate wedding ceremony. They invited their closest friends and family, followed by a poolside barbeque to enjoy Arizona’s wonderful 70-degree winter weather.


Teresa was inside the suite, when we arrived early she was  getting ready with the help of her daughter, while Greg was outside, positioned for the first look moment. His son, Sam, was there by his side, offering encouraging words. These personal moments are some of my favorites, capturing the heartfelt connections and unique stories that make each wedding special.


Adding to the joyous atmosphere, the day was filled with laughter, love, and the warmth of cherished family bonds. Teresa and Greg’s intimate celebration was a perfect example of how a small gathering can be incredibly meaningful and memorable. The casual elegance of the event, combined with the beautiful Arizona weather, created a stunning backdrop for their special day.

First look


The first look is an incredibly significant part of the wedding day. It provides the couple with an intimate moment alone before the ceremony begins, allowing them to share their emotions privately. This moment helps to calm the nerves and excitement that naturally build up throughout the day. For Teresa and Greg, the first look was a beautiful, emotional experience. Greg’s anticipation was palpable, and when Teresa walked out to meet him, the joy and love in their eyes were unforgettable.


Having this private moment allowed Teresa and Greg to connect deeply, savoring the significance of the day before sharing it with their loved ones. It set a serene and heartfelt tone for the rest of the celebrations, making the ceremony even more special.

When Teresa reached out to us, her main focus was on capturing the perfect family portrait. Blended families bring a unique dynamic to wedding days, as they symbolize the growth and unity that come with saying “I do.” We take pride in meticulously planning and capturing the shots our couples desire. THIS EVENT HAD A LOT OF HANDS ON DECK, AND I LOVED IT! TERESA SHARED WITH ME THAT SHE ORDERED THE WEDDING CAKE FROM A LOCAL BAKER, BUT THE REAL MASTERPIECE WAS HER OWN CREATION. SHE DECORATED THE CAKE BEAUTIFULLY, SHOWCASING HER INCREDIBLE TALENT. SEEING TERESA AND HER FAMILY SO ELATED WAS A HIGHLIGHT, DEMONSTRATING THE AMAZING CREATIVITY SOME OF OUR BRIDES POSSESS. WHO KNOWS, MAYBE TERESA WILL RUN A BAKERY SOMEDAY, WITH HER DESIGNS EVERYWHERE. PERSONALLY, I WAS CAPTIVATED BY THE CAKE’S APPEARANCE AND THE FESTIVE CHRISTMAS COLOR VIBES IT RADIATED.
